    CCNA Cybersecurity Operations is a hands-on, delivered on a blended learning approach. It is a career-oriented course with an emphasis on practical experience to help students develop specialised skills to successfully handle the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of an associate-level Security Analyst working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC). The course comprises of the following components:
    • 13 chapters of interactive content
    • quizzes, and chapter exams
    • Labs, and hands-on labs using virtual machine environment (PC required, no other equipment required)
    • Cisco® Packet Tracer activities (PT 7.0)
    • Certification practice exams, practice final, final exam and skills-based assessment
    Delivery Format: Blended Learning using a combination of technology to offer both in-class and out-of-class learning experiences. This means that students can benefit from doing part of their learning online via our virtual classroom environment, and the other part through face to face with an instructor in one of our centres.   • The IT Essentials (ITE) course introduces students to the fundamentals of computer hardware and software, mobile devices, security and networking concepts, and the responsibilities of an IT professional. The latest release includes mobile devices, Linux, and client side virtualisation, as well as expanded information about Microsoft Windows operating systems, security, networking, and troubleshooting. By the end of the course, students will be able to:
    • Describe the internal components of a computer and assemble a computer system.
    • Install and understand operating systems on computers and mobile devices.
    • Connect to the Internet and share resources in a networked environment.
    • Troubleshoot using system tools and diagnostic software.
    Duration: 8 to 12 weeks Delivery Format: Blended Learning using a combination of technology to offer both in-class and out-of-class learning experiences. This instructor-led course includes activities using Packet Tracer, hands-on lab work, and a wide array of assessment types and tools.

  • Our training programme is an exciting opportunity that combines Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials, Cisco IT Essentials and TLM Level 2 Certificate in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics to provide work-related, tutor-led, hands-on learning activities for trainees that could lead to direct employment in the cyber security industry in a junior role or in a Modern Apprenticeship or further study at college or university levels. We work with local employers to further enhance employment prospects in Cyber Security and IT related jobs for our trainees. On successful completion, trainees will be awarded a Level 2 Certificate in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials, and IT Essentials. Who is the programme for? This programme is designed for people who have an interest in digital security and the threats it poses to IT systems. It is designed to give the trainee a practical understanding of open systems so that they can apply their skills to the understanding of threats to IT system and know how to prevent these threats.
